Prestudy saves significant class-room time which allows a candidate to follow a shorter PADI Instructor Development Course in Bali.
With our Fast IDC program, the candidate needs 12 days to complete the PADI IDC in Bali going through the necessary components such as Emergency First Response Instructor course ( EFRI in Bali ) and the Instructor Exam ( IE ).
As time is the essence of everything, if the candidate requires an even more personalised IDC program, we will be able to design an entire Instructor course in Bali based on the needs of the candidate.
Generally, the Fast IDC program brings the need of independent study at the candidate’s own pace before arriving in Bali for the Instructor Development Course. Our Course Director, Alina Conroy, will work online daily or whenever called sending preparation exams and summaries of dive theory for practice.
If requested, signing up for PADI Dive Theory On-line can also be an options if the candidate hasn’t already completed this during the Divemaster Course or significant time has passed since the dive theory has been done.
The program is a straightforward review of dive physics, physiology, equipment, skills and environment adding on top using the Recreational Dive Planner ( RDP ). Successfully completing the Dive Theory On-line can bring credit for the theory exam requirement during your IDC.
How does it work ?
After confirming the course with us, we will register the candidate for the IDC on-line – PADI’s IDC E-Learning option which contains 9 interactive knowledge development sections with videos, graphics and readable material. Completing the E-Learning is be a requirement for joining the Fast IDC.
Within the PADI IDC E-Learning there are short quizzes for monitoring progress and review any information that might be missing. The PADI IDC on-line takes approximately 8 to 10 hours to complete.
The E-Learning segment of the course is available for 12 months starting from the time of course registration.
